clean Schematic for a Noisy Synth

Hello Diy,ers

i just open up a noise sinthy box from a friend and i would like to do some pcb of it and not in messy veroboards with all pots wired off board...... so i did a copy of the layout in DIYLC and i would really appreciate some help to draw an schematic of it as im still not skilled to do so... when anyone have the time and interest to help me out.. please let me know... i can of course pay for the favor if necessary

All caps on board are 100nf
Resistor on board 100k
Diodes are 4148

For the tone control on both pots
C11,C8- 150nf
C12,C9- 22nf
C10,C7- 470pf
R4,R6-220k
R3,R5-51k
