I just put together the comprehensive drive and and when I went to use it there’s no sound but it has sound when the pedal is off. Here’s the question I noticed after I had plugged in this pedal that I had the 4558 ic upside down o was wondering if I may have burned out some component. Also I didn’t have a 1k05 resistor so I just used a 1k I doubt that makes a difference hahaha… and also I double checked and went through and resoldered all the sketchy possible cold weld solders… tomorrow I will double check the resistors but I’m pret sure they are all correct here’s som pictures …
Any insights greatly appreciated

you definitely could have cooked the ic. I would also recommend cleaning off the flux, reflowing, and then cleaning again. Your led is also on the wrong side of the board.

Yeah the led is just in there for a test not solder.. I replace the ic and nothing k was wondering if the trans the 2n5088 may have cooked Im going to poke around with the dvm tomorrow

Yeah the led turns on the power plugs wired right… I did have trouble with one of the resistors… I put all of the resistors in at once and when I flipped the pcb over r21 slid out a half inch and I soldered it bent and I slowly heated each side and slid the resistor down flush I’m thinking I may have overheated the rings where the resistor slides through but they looked ok when I soldered it in … I use a hiree and I also have a 9volt external plug o uses for diag
