Dead end FX Andamento: only getting tremolo

I get bypass. When I turn it on, no knobs really do anything except the blend knob. Ihave swapped the LF398N, and get same results. I don’t see any solder bridges. The only thing I can think of at this point is the LCR0203 is faulty. I got a bag of them on Amazon, rarely buy components there but I couldn’t find them elsewhere.

LED is not working. Can someone tell me if the square is anode?

Are there any markings on those 0203s? Could just be the orientation. I think your switch is wired wrong but it's hard to see.

Yeah that's good, the one pic looked like 1 and 2 were swapped haha. Hit the lugs with some more solder, a few look pretty bare or cold
