Desert island 3 albums

I was talking with my wife tonight about an awesome concert we just attended, pink floyd tribute band played animals in it’s entirety. Was awesome and we were well mostly me talking about favorite albums. So i don’t really see a previous thread from a quick search. Inspire us to listen to something new, mines pretty mundane.

Any order can’t pick a #1

Miles davis - kind of blue
Hendrix - axis bold as love
Pink floyd - animals

Near miss - alice in chains dirt
 
Warning - watching from a distance
John Frusciante - to record only water for ten days
Ween - chocolate and cheese

And because it’s a desert island you can probably sneak a fourth Tim Buckley - Dream Letter live in London 1968
 
Can't narrow it down to three, but the first three I can think of are the Beatles Hey Jude (kind of singles compilation album), The Cure Faith and the Pixies Bossanova. Ask me tomorrow and it will be three different albums.
 
Picking right now like I have five minutes to pack for the desert island. It would be different on a different day.

I normally listen to a lot of abrasive music, but I didn’t pick any- it’s almost like that’s a coping mechanism for living in the oppressive environment that is modern society.

I think I could choose Tool's Lateralus as one of the desert island ones, but the other two would be very difficult to choose.

Yes, that's the point. Then you start to imagine yourself stuck on that island listening to the same thing day after day after day after day and how sick of it you will get and how long it will take you to slowly go insane from it and oh why did I pick these, why, why, and then... .. .
 
I'd definitely hate listening to only 3 records for an indeterminate amount of time and would probably prefer silence. But for the sake of participation:
