dual effect loop switcher functionality

I'm wanting to get this as my first pedal but i'm not 100% on the functionality. when both loops are off will the dry signal pass through? and will i be able to run loop 1 into loop 2? i'm wanting to keep drives on loop 1 and modulation on loop 2.
