Duocast Gain Pot not working

I rehoused my Duocast today and I'm having an issue where the Gain/Trim pot makes not change at all when turned.

Internally I have the low gain trimpot pretty low and the high trimpot pretty high.

Everything else works perfectly and it sounds really great. It's just that the "low gain" side, even with outside gain knob fully CCW is still pretty dirty.

It actually sounds killer though! BUT I'd still like to figure out why and how this might be happening. It's almost like the pot isn't even there and it's just using the the internal trimmers for gain.

Any ideas? I'll pull it apart tomorrow and start hunting.

Visual inspection. Check solder joints and all component values and orientation.
