Episode Boost

Hi Everybody, I am new here, so out goes a big Hello to you all.
I just finished a Episode Boost. It got 4 switches for 9V/18V, +3dB, Bright, Fat.
When I flip them, I hardly hear any changes in sound. Is that OK or faulty?

Pretty sure the change on each switch position is indeed subtle. Mine is just like you describe.

One more question….
If I turn the Level pot all the way down, there is still lots of volume comming from the pedal.
Normal or faulty?
