Extra pair of MPSA13 in War Scythe kit : Why ?

Hello,

I just built the War Scythe kit from musikding. Everything works fine, as far as i can tell.

There are two MPSA13 transistors in the kit, and i m not sure why. I guess it's supposed to be used as an alternative for some other transistors, but which one could it be ?

Maybe it's just a mistake ?

Edit : oh, and instead of 2N1308 for Q4 & Q5, i have a pair of BC107A. I hope it's allright ?

Info on kit on his site:

"The kit contains BC107 silicon transistors instead of the 2N1308 germanium transistors. The reason for this is that good sounding and fitting NPN-Germanium transistors are very hard to find. But the BC107 can easily be replaced by NPN Germnaium transistors!"
