It's a very cool idea! But also not very practical I'm afraid. Could be cool for a studio for sure. On one hand, it's quite innovative to use those switches to save space compared to (I assume) a ton of rotary switches. But then it's also huge anyway so... at least it's easier to read and cool aesthetically (not necessarily good looking, just cool).
