How can i get hex file from eeprom like Neunaber or Chase Bliss eeproms

You need something like a EZp2023 USB SPI Programmer. Install the drivers for the device on a PC or Mac. Then pull the EEPROM from the Neunabar or Chase Bliss pedal(s), insert it into the EZp2023 USB SPI Programmer and rip the data into bin/hex file. Voila!
