The only issue is that the CTS Epiphone pots are the 18 spline version where as the new ones are have 24 splines like all USA CTS pots, so I’ve just had to order some knobs too!

Just a quick update,:

The two original volume pots were 471k and 439k I don’t know which was the neck and which was the bridge.

With the new 552k pot for the neck pickup has brought more high end clarity to the tone, which was exactly what I was hoping for.

I’m sure this isn’t news to most Epiphone Les Paul owners, but you can easily fit the long frame switchcraft switch as used in Gibson Les Pauls. I had to enlarge the hole a fraction, probably less than 0.5mm. And you need to get the deep red nut too.

Those coronet/whilshire bodies just don't look right. The vibe is shop project gone bad.

I revise my opinion. They are actually growing on me, but I think the part I don't like is the pickguard shape. If the pickguard was more like the shape of a LP DC I think I'd like it better.
