Headphone Amplifier

@Robert Do the "L" and "R" pads for the Stereo jack output stand for Left and Right? Other than the sleeve, how do I know which is which :unsure:?

Sorry, I don't know this terminology (I'm used to tip, sleeve, ring)

Yes— left and right. The most common configuration for headphones is Tip=Left, Ring=Right
 
It's somewhat arbitrary in this case since it's Mono->Stereo.

The only significance is which side is affected by the phase shift in "Spread" mode.

Would it handle the XLR output of something like the Fender Tonemaster Deluxe Reverb, which has an output volume control?

yo, I was wondering if you knew how to go about adding an aux input to this circuit? would it just be a matter of wiring another jack to the headphone out jack? would I have to add resistors somehow?

Attached is a vero layout for a daughterboard I've used in the past. The pot (100k) is an input trim adjustment and can be internal or external depending on your application.

EDIT: IN is taken from the main instrument circuit path, the TRS connections are for the AUX input, and OUT goes to the input of the headphone amp circuit.
