The second set of LEDs is for the LFO? You should make the indicator light dual function as both

True, like falco suggested you could just use one of those red/green biLEDs. Have the red half be the on/off and green be the tempo. 2 less holes 2 less bezels.
But the enclosure already looks so empty and big.
I voted 3 out of the options though

Brutally honest, at a glance:

#1 is confusing
#2 looks better
#3 looks better and makes better sense to me. - having the indicators separated makes them less confusing to me - also I'd be looking at the knobs and having the indicators right there
