Incorporating the Intelligent Relay Bypass with an AionFX board

I’m wanting to use the Intelligent Relay Bypass in this AionFX Onyx and I think I have a plan but I’d like to get some other eyes on it.

His breakout board has the three areas for in, out, and power and I assume it’s just a matter of wiring those up where I’ve drawn them here:

Here’s his schematic and breakout:

I’d pull the daughter board power from the V+ connection (i.e., after the diode and filtering) by wrapping a wire around an exposed bit of the joint rather than bypassing it as you have now.

The order is changed with the I/O connections, but it’s series so that shouldn’t be an issue.

You’ll need a CLR for the LED and to ensure it’s oriented properly.

I was thinking that it really didn’t matter since the Relay board has its own diode and filter cap. Wouldn’t hurt I guess?
