Informant LED Issue

Gentlemen (And ladies?) I just built and boxed up an informant with buffered bypass. It seems to be burning out LED's instantly, but everything else seems to be right. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Also, I don't think that the 1044scpa charge pump is putting out 18v out of any pin, but that is something I'm hoping to address tonight.

LEDs - We need a pic, but there's a good chance there's something wrong in this area. If the LED's resistor isn't right, that could be your culprit? Are you sure you have clean solder joints in this area, and/or is that really a 4k7 resistor in that spot?

You will not find 18V anywhere on the charge pump. The 18V happens after D102.

Make sure the LED is not installed backwards.
