Insufficient privelages?

It’s suddenly saying I have insufficient privileges to comment in wishlist threads. Anyone else having this problem now?

I imagine it is something that was turned off to prevent chatter having nothing to do with the request.

My guess: The ability was a mod that got wiped out during a software update.
