You could definitely work "long pig" into the theme. My first diy multi pedal was an authentic meatbox reissue housed with a Mammoth clone and a byoc lil black key fuzz. Also I feel like if the act is deemed unsavory by the community I would only want you to do it more.

I was at an "alternative" sort of party, decades ago, where one of the activities for the evening was someone getting a branding.
I was not interested in that at all, so didn't watch, but I was within 3-5 metres (10'–16') of the ceremony when I caught a whiff:

Most certainly, we don't smell like pork and the aroma of BBQ'd human flesh is not a pleasant one.

I mean, was the person who was branded rubbed down with olive oil and rock salt beforehand? Were any aromatics used? It makes a big difference.

As I said, brandings don't interest me. The person's mouth could have been stuffed with sage and fennel for all I know and liberally sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt.

There were tattoos being applied that night, piercings, rope-work demonstrations...
