I'm not sure who Olivia Rodrigo is, but apparently she made an album and was accused of plagiarizing from Elvis Costello by a few people. His response was:

"This is fine by me, Billy. It’s how rock and roll works. You take the broken pieces of another thrill and make a brand new toy. That’s what I did."

Sounds like the same progression as Fortunate Son (1-b7-4), but in A? Different chord voicings and strumming/picking dynamics too of course.
