I agree this pedal sounds incredible. Their Tape Echo preamp is excellent too if you want a DIY tape echo type effect.

Yeah, I've looked into the APE, and sounds really cool. If you take out the FX loop feature, I wonder how it compares to other EP preamp pedals.

Just from the demo, sounds like a dead ringer for the Boss DD-3 to me. I'm not getting a Memory Man vibe at all.

I agree it doesn't sound like a Memory Man. Though I don't hear the DD-3 similarity personally either. I think this has it's own sound.
