Kliché Mini - Light turns on, but only hear clean sound when on or off

Building a Kliché Mini. I hear clean sound when bypassed, and clean sound when the switch is engaged. The light does come on when you hit the switch, but there's no effected sound at all; not even a broken or obviously weird sound. Just my guitar. I've tried reflowing the joints and double checked that there aren't any shorts. Any advice on what I should try next?

I definitely ordered the Mini. But it also isn't boosting the volume anyway; treble, gain, and volume all do nothing.

The pot on top right corner looks a little light on solder, and those three solders right below it look like they could use a reflow

Good eye. I'll give that a shot and report back.

Unfortunately this didn't seem to fix it. I guess I'll pull it out of the enclosure and just test it part by part.

Measure the voltages on your IC pins

I agree with PJS to check IC voltages.

Other ideas for things to check:
- Solder joints between the ribbon cable and the stomp switch, can only see one side in the pics.
- Did you happen to check the stomp switch works before soldering? Probably rare, but I've heard of people getting bad switches.
- Solder joints under the B10k pot.
