I thought about it for a while and came up with this. It's not perfect but works with my limitations (3PDT footswitch and DPDT toggle)
It leaves the output from the board connected when in true bypass when the effect is off but I believe that should be ok as there is no audio signal going thru the pedal, the circuit is grounded from pins S4/S5, and there is a direct signal path around the effect board

I’d love a bypass toggle. I’m not smart enough to understand the schematics yet, but the Aion version has the switch in it. That might give you a starting point. My easy solution was going to be adding a second foot switch but I really just need to try it both ways then I will likely just leave it however I find is better.
