LEDs work outside of case but not in.

Hi,
Built a duocast and the leds work when it’s not in the case. Work every time.
Put it back in. They don’t. Well sometimes one does. Sometimes one stays on even though it’s off. Sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes the one side flickers. It does all kind of random stuff. Pedal works and sounds great regardless.
Any help?

Sounds like something making contact with the enclosure. Are you using metal LED bezels by any chance?

The pins on the LED's are probably touching the side of the metal bezels , more so if they have been bent to line up!
Jacks are grounded to metal case, so the case is Ground.
