Let’s take 10% off there swirly dan

These are too cool. I hope you explain the method because I would be so into making these. Steve Vai vibes to the max.
Thank you! Let me take a picture of the lighting and cameras around it. My little guy and I have only dipped about ten things but it has been pretty easy to get cool results.

The videos are on a pause until next year but expect it early 24.
I love every one of these colors!
Dean picked every one of them and gave detailed reasons why.
Those are whats I appreciates about you, Dan.
Is that all you appreciates about me?

Nope, I bought this kit.

Man... I've never been all that interested in the dipping thing but those came out pretty nice and that kit is inexpensive. I kind of feel like I should do a few just to have a lil variety beyond the lms powder drops I seem to be hoarding lately.

Nice! Do you typically cure your painted enclosures in an oven? I’ve heard people having a toaster oven just for enclosures, but I wouldn’t know the first thing about heat and time; there are 1,000 posts with 1,000 different recommendations.

I do not. I am still working on my clear coat technique and have not found a consistent clear coat method that works.

For instance, that blue swirl pedal is going on my personal board, the water was too cold and created too many bubbles causing a bunch of white dots. Once I clear coated it things got a little worse, the clear coat dried unevenly resulting in some sanding and mucking around. Which then resulted in the cloudiness, which lead to depression.

Then in the dark came a light all over my face.

What if I letter it and then put a megaman character on there? That would be cool and I used to create my own megaman bad guys as a kid.

Once my painting dries I can brush on a clear coat over it for protection.

Boom.

My poor clear coat technique and love of the sound of the pedal has inspired the artwork.

Which in turns inspires me to play it and create with it….

Whoa, I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in.

Here is a shot of the very high quality hydro dip station……

A bucket, some paint and a stir stick. My basement floor is pretty colorful in my shop area.
And a lot of uhm hazey smoke... what kind of smoke we can't really say, but you know... smoke it if you've got it...

Man if that doesn't get everyone here rushing for a bucket and paint with a pile of enclosures... then they must have keeled over dead.

PS: on other parlance around here, I would say this does it like consensual extremely brutal rough hard-edged...

Unfortunately that is the overhead lighting not the hookah….

I am unwrapping the rest of the enclosures tonight, keep yall posted.
