It is touted as using a THAT corp Blackmer VCA - I'd wager that the IC in question is a THAT2162. You could likley chain the datasheet circuit for each side (found on page 3) together with very little modification and be close.
All the magic of course is in the code running on the digital LFO, and perhaps how it interfaces with the VCAs. And if you were inclined to imitate that, I think it'd be more fun to try expanding on the idea than just making a clone anyway.
You could probably have a lot of fun hooking the output up to some VCFs, or hell, if you set it up so the two lfo outputs get multiplied and combined into one, you could make a CV generator, or use a digipot to make digital expression pedal and interface that with any number of other pedals.
