Looking for .spn files for use in Disting NT

Hi all! I'm looking for .spn files, as the title says. Expert Sleepers have enabled FV-1 patches to run on the new Disting NT (beta 1.5) but other than the Spin Semi resources I'm finding it difficult to locate much of anything else. A few of us at the Expert Sleepers Discord are happy to pay for some patches... The difficulty has been in finding any.

fwiw, the NT runs about 10 simultaneous FV-1 patches. (Which isn't that amazing when considering most of the algorithms I have are based on the same reverb :( )

Any help would be hugely appreciated. Oh, and just to keep this post relevant, Os from ES has his Disting NT setup as a pedal, running quad loopers and allsorts! It's worth a look

Thanks for any help or advice x

I have a repo of programs that were designed for a FV-1 based synth module. You might find something you like there. There are modulated delays, FDN reverbs and some Lexicon style reverbs. The Lexicon style verbs are based on the Concert Hall, not the ubiquitous Plate algorithm.

They were designed for a module with variable clock control, analog dry mix and cv-able params so there may be some that don't work as well in the Disting format. I don't know, I don't do Eurorack. I've sent these to a bunch a people and they've found them useful.

wow! thank you so much!! Do you have a paypal? I'll buy you a coffee! In fact, you my have a few coffees coming from the Disting community :)

I have a crap-ton of working .SPN files. Are you looking for anything specific? Drop me a DM.
Hi!
I'm after whatever you can offer, honestly. There seems to be a serious lockdown on manufacturer programs, like fxaid, timiszoara, tiptop. They don't even want to sell.
I actually have a couple of your Binaura programs from this forum. I haven't tested them yet but I should find time tonight.

I can't DM unfortunately. I've just joined this place so that's the likely reason..

Bump....
Thanks, These were the first I acquired actually. Am I correct in thinking you're Mr SpinCAD himself? The program is brilliant. Shame it's not still active, we could do with the fv-1 limits removing so we can build bigger patches for the Disting NT.

EDIT:
Just thought I'd invite you to visit the Expert Sleepers Discord server

The Disting NT is now running Spin FV-1 programs... Well, around 10 simultaneously :)
We'd love to see you there and since you have the abilities, you'd be THE best suited person to create commercial SPN banks using upto ~10x the power of FV-1.

A few of us want premium effects already and we're willing to pay (See the TipTop ZDSP pricing model amongst others). Os from Expert Sleepers has already said he can make it possible so it's upto the creators, I guess.

Anyhow, thanks for all of your work and also for reading!

Chris.

I looked at the ES Disting NT yesterday, wasn't clear but I guess it's simulating an FV-1 on some other CPU.

You can make larger patches with SpinCAD than will fit into the FV-1 already, though I don't remember by how much. I'm not much into opening up SpinCAD again personally but if someone could fork it and set up the Java development environment to build it I can probably guide you as to where to expand the length of the instruction list and delay RAM. I'll check out the Discord.

Cheers,

DL

Os converted FV-1 code. there's no emulation, just a way to use the programs on the module. We rarely see Os around on a Sunday but if you drop him a DM, he'll get back to you :) Thanks again!!
