SOLVED Low volume on dark rift delay

I made the dark rift delay..it sounds great all the controls work as should but when its engaged it's around half the volume compared bypassed.

Replaced c30 with 47n..its printed on the board as 100nf..still didnt didnt change things

You have R14 at 470k, should be 470 ohms

I have the 470 Ohm R14 correct on my build the volume is not cut by half but is lower in engaged vs bypassed, how can I get a more balanced output to match bypass vs engaged. Any suggestions.
