Mofeta bias question

So do I bias the 3 transistors without the charge pump installed or with it installed? I bought a matched quad set from stompville so I hope they are legit. Without the charge pump I’ve easily biased the drains down to 4.5v.

It’s too late to plug it in to the amp. Everyone just went to sleep. Busy weekend and I just had the chance to bias them when everyone went to bed. I’ll be plugging it in for a sound check tomorrow after work sometime.
