I filled out a job application last weekend under disabilities I put narcolepsy and Tourette's syndrome.

This is a joke that has to be told in person. Since I'm not in person, I have to use gifs.
So a mom walks in on her son in the bathroom and sees him naked. She notices that his doodle is freakishly long and thin. Worried about his proportions, she takes him to the doctor.
The doctor examines the boy and tells the mom and her son that everything is fine. He then asks if he can have a word with the boy in private. She leaves the exam room.
"Son, when you crank it, you do it like this."
"Not like this."
