Naming the pots on board

half the fun of DIY is the challenge, at least for me it is…after all, is it really DIY if someone does all the work for you?

The controls are labeled on the drill template in the newer build docs.

I started labeling the controls on the boards a couple years ago... label on the component side, values on the solder side, but a lot of folks missed the values so I haven't done it in a while.

Btw, labels on the drill template are amazing for UV printing. I've made one mistake where the pot labels were wrong, and that was because it was not a PPCB board. It's easy to get mixed up with which way the boards will be if you don't have the board yet, or even if you do - but I just check the template with PPCB boards and it's always correct.

You know I really hate to sound like that teacher but I have to agree with this!

You could always look in the Project Development & look at the Mockup Pedals, their 99.99% label correct!
Type in the Search column, _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Mockup Pedal & you may find it.
Oh, LEVEL could also be named VOLUME & if it's an Overdrive I call it Drive, If it's Distortion I call it Gain.
This was the main reason for me doing this, not about being the first to show the latest pedal!
If I'm wrong, Robert let's me know & I correct it!
