I bought a thing! This showed up on Craigslist in my neighborhood today and I jumped on it. I had never heard of Eden, and I still don’t know much about what good bass tone sounds like, but it seemed like a cool rig, and I like that it’s small since I’m just amusing myself here in the basement. The onboard compressor sounds pretty good, and I’m a fan of whatever the “enhance” knob does.

It looks really cool for what that's worth. I have one of the early Goliath cabs that were designed by Eden. That ends my knowledge of Eden amplification.

They once were the hot ticket, and for many players still are!

as @Feral Feline suggests, these were considered pretty good / premium bass heads.

i'm probably one of the last people on earth that still uses PodFarm2, and for my parallel/dual-tone bass patch I use one of these Eden heads for the sub-bass channel.

Line6 calls it the adam & eve.

I've known a bunch of folks who use eden rigs. Mostly back like 20 years ago but they were well regarded. The few times I've come across them as backline rigs I've been perfectly happy with the sound. Never seen that specific head tho.
