Found this based on the developer selling the prototype for cheaper on a second hand forum. Lofty marketing text, as is expected. It redefines versatility with it's groundbreaking Gain/HPF/LPF/blend controls.
All joking aside, it looks like the guy wrote a scientific paper about the "softest" distortion and then made a pedal based on the softest distortion there is. Don't ask me how they defined softness, I don't understand it enough to figure that out. Some sound clips would also be nice, but maybe they'll come later - it's not released yet, officially.
At least they're claiming to be doing something different there, and it would be cool to check out what the circuit is like, but I don't exactly need more drive pedals.

Pedal maker Glou Glou made a synth / effect processor (fuzz, octaver, ...). It's also a pedal, for it has a relay bypass inside. Just bring your own footswitch. Weird. Funny, that it is cheaper than that Fairfield CIrcuitry thing above...

There used to be Incubate in Tilburg for a week of independent music and art. The last time there was even a build-your-own-pedal workshop. Ah well, at least I had the pleasure of attending it a couple of times before they ran out of money.
