Ocelot octave problem

I already achieved four DIY pedals. Some of them give me hard times but they work very well.

But with Ocelot I do not find the problem. The LED blinking and a little and repetive noise (tac tac tac) comes from the amp…

Can anyone help me ?

Looks like all your ICs are in upside down to me.

Yeah you are right.
It’s better but there is false contact. Now I must check all my pcb
I don’t have the time know. I let you know if it’s rocks when it does.

Definitely all IC's are installed backwards..... You also have a ton of components that you can visibly see the solder did not wick to front side of board.... Your likely going to have a lot of cold solder joints as well....
