Octamayer issues

Hi team,

Can anyone spot something wrong with this build? I am getting bubkis from it.

A couple of notes:
- I know, the LED is wired to the wrong side of the board, but it is oriented correctly.
- There is a small apparent knick in the board near R11. I have checked continuity and it is all good.
- I ran a 23k resistor between lungs 1 and 2 of an A100k, which I believe approximates a C5k pot.

I do. Clear bypass, nada when engaged.

I'm not the guy to ask about your cap & resistor hacks but if it were me I'd break out the audio probe.

There's noting visually suspicious that I can see.
Also, check the board for silly 470K instead of 470ohm part misses and mis-oriented caps.

That cap looks a little toasty. I would probably flop it out to rule it out.

Hell.... I always christen mine with a touch of thee olde iron....

Thanks guys! I did a full check on cap / resistor values so we're good there. I will audio probe this afternoon. Fingers crossed.

I, too, christen every pedal with a melted film cap and at least two unnecessary burns to appease the soldering iron dieties. But fair enough, I'll switch out the cap just in case.
