I figured I would post this here as well since I was able to get it repaired today. This is for anyone with an older pcb of the Black Mirror VII( I did this on the 1.5 revision). This helps get rid of the oscillation/cutting out issue found in the Direct output. You need to place a 10k resistor between pin 13 & 14 on IC6(TL074) which is the feedback resistor(R54) found on the new revision and a jumper cable from between R52 & R53 to the open GND pad. Hopefully this works for anyone who needs it!
