It's been a while since I boxed a build. This is the first of the year I think. Resistors and caps are running low in useful parts, and a big Tayda order is on the horizon.
@MichaelW was the instigator for this particular pedal and I really enjoy it. Not much to be said which hasn't already, it does gain pretty well and stacks nicely.
Build wise, nothing special, straightforward and well laid out (a delight to populate).
I did use this as an experiment for a new graphics approach. I used a vinyl sticker this time, I only have a black and white printer so I went with a spartan look. For a proof-of-concept, I'm pretty happy and it's good enough for home use. My application could use some work, you can see it's messy around the footswitch and led. But I have some more in the works, and it brings my per-enclosure to less than half the cost of a UV print from Tayda. It's not comparable from the end-product but is a lot better than an unfinished box (for me).
