SOLVED Sea Horse not working

If that forum was not free to use I would been broke already. Many times...

I just finished my Sea Horse Chorus and well, it doesn't work.

I don't see any shorts in my soldering, no capacitor or L78L05 in the wrong direction...

LED is flashing and RATE seems to work at the LED level but still no sound. The LED is "always ON", less bright when I can hear the clean guitar.

Any idea what to check?

Some pictures of my attempt:

On the back side of your PCB where it's labeled "PCB025", does it by any chance say "Rev 1.3" below that?

(can't see in the pic)

Disconnect the SW wire and see if the LED goes out.

What is that vaudou stuff?

I un soldered the SW and it worked.

I just put back the SW cable in the hole and it looked like it still worked.

Now I'm puzzled. Big time.

Should I just solder it back and be happy ever after?

Oh, on y PCB (rev 1.3) there is a 10n capacitor, but on the image from Musikding its value is 47n and thats what I got with the kit. Should I use a 10n or the one provided by Musikding?
