Got it to work once I reversed the LED.lol Was working fine after that. I plugged it in today and now there is a huge amount of volume loss. ??

I would suggest a full reflow, many of the joints look like they could use more solder.

Thanks everyone. I think fig was onto something with the input Jack being too close to the enclosure. I moved it and got a slight improvement..Will go through checking the soldering ….
