I ordered all 3 on the BOM list, but if I'm not mistaken I used the 1N34A.

Russian D9E is good choice when real 1N34As are hard to find. Some people even use BAT42 or 1N4148.

I'm in love with my Kliche Mini as well, however, the treble control makes it great for stacking with other overdrives & distortions! I often use mine before a Mad Bean Tube Screamer clone when I need a little bit extra "push" for leads.

Are there imposter 1N34A's running around out there?
I've got a few, but they weren't very difficult to source which makes me wonder..

I'm quite sure there are fake 1n34A's for sure, I got some Barry over at GPCB hand tested
