Woah! Never heard of those. They look like fun. I'm gonna keep an eye out for one on ebay.Added a close-up of the taishōgotos, since you couldn’t really see them up on the top shelf.

You using that breast drill for anything?? I like using a brace, but I tried one of those and couldn’t get the hang of it.Been a bit since I posted. It's fun to see everyone's setup thought it would get in also.

On the wall that isn't pictured is a desk and I will eventually build a cabinet that will house a CNC machine. Long ways to go still to get it all in order.
On occasion I do. I drill metal with it, use a forstner or brad point bit. It's mostly for fun but it can drill some holes that would be hard on a drill press. It would easily drill and enclosure. It's a north brother's drill which does all kinds of interesting things https://www.timetestedtools.net/2016/07/30/north-brothers-yankee-no-1530a/You using that breast drill for anything?? Are those the DG pickups in the red strat?I appreciate y'all sharing your spaces. This is my WFH office and studio. I think I mentioned I am really more of a keyboard player but still appreciate my guitars and enjoy building pedals.View attachment 105061View attachment 105062

Original Fender-Lace pickups. I took the pick guard off once, and I think they are the original lace Golds but I didn't know enough to write it down or take a picture at the time (that was easily a decade or more ago). Are those the DG pickups in the red strat?
@Harry Klippton It's a Sony TC-730 that I picked up from an estate auction. Mostly because I have electronic music ¼" reels I made in college that I haven't been able to access since then. It is an interesting model because it has a tape echo function built in. I have no idea why Sony did this, but hey, this makes it the biggest effect unit in my collection. It is also direct drive, so no old belts to replace,I'm gonna need more details on your reel to reel
I use 91% IPA to clean old grease and I use Super Lube because it's allegedly compatible with everything@Harry Klippton It's a Sony TC-730 that I picked up from an estate auction. It does work, but maybe you know where I need to apply some lubricant on these, because the pinch roller is supposed to shift from side to side depending on direction, and it doesn't move on it's own. It will respond with a gentle nudge, so I think I just need to find the right mechanism to clean and lubricate.
I also have multiple reels of Ampex tape, mostly blank, from the 80's so some day soon my wife is going to be asking me why I have put tape reels in the oven. Or I need to figure out if one of our labs at work has a vacuum oven I can use for a day.
Define “a lot”Some of y'all have like a lot of guitars
Multiples of the same type of guitar, having like 15 guitars and one amp. I don't even want that.Define “a lot”
How many is too many?
