Simple 2 band gyrator EQ

A la Boss HM-2 and others. Would be great to get this on a tiny (even SMD for opamps and 1/8w resistors) board to tack on to builds. I don’t have a schematic but I’ve built the baby Vero board http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/2014/05/4-band-gyrator-eq.html?m=1 and it works like a charm, just wish it was smaller!

I think the HM-2 uses gyrator resonant filters. The MT-2 uses three simple gyrators though. (I love both, esp the second). I'm guessing you're going to use the HM-2 EQ as a pre-EQ for another distortion pedal...which is awesome. You know, you can build smaller versions of the tagboard link you posted. They're not quite as small as SMD stuff, but maybe you could try that in the meantime.

Oh yeah, ive built the tagboard version. I'm definitely transitioning away to prefabbed boards these days...thats all haha. I'm sure a regular ol pcb (with layouts as good as the ones here) would be more compact. I have a ridiculous idea for a fuzz that demands all the space I can squeeze!
