Two days later and here we are.

Wanted to keep the aesthetics similar to the original pedal itself.

All parts were sourced from Tayda. Even managed to solder the J201's to the adapter boards with my iron, tweezers, and a whole lotta patience.

Thanks Chuck! And I went through one of the other threads that you helped @Jovi Bon Kenobi with those adjustments and went from there!
