Sproing volume and dry signal issue

Hi everyone,

I have built a Sproing reverb pedal but unless I crank it, I only get a faint springy reverb sound with pre-delay and a big volume loss.
I almost don't get any signal if the knob is turned down. It seems I don't have the dry signal going on when the pedal is switched on.
Any idea where that would be coming from? Any help would be very much appreciated.
