this fuzz calls for an electrolytic capacitor for example, 1U 5mm. but does not specify the voltage . a quick google search tells me anywhere between 50 and 1kvolt? does this sound right ?
You can use any voltage you like but the bigger the voltage, the larger the size of the part will be I believe. For a pedal which runs at 9v as long as it is alove 9v you are good. I personally now use all caps above 18v, usually 50V-100V, in case I want to try it at 18v instead on 9v. Which I don't actually do very often however

+1 to this. I usually just buy all my electrolytic in bulk at 50v. They’re usually still small enough for pretty much every application at that rating and work for everything except the occasional high voltage application in a tube pedal, and I buy those separately for any tube project I’m doing.
