Regarding the Sunn Model T: I've built it with the Coda Effects PCB, and although it sounded good, I wasn't quite happy with the overall sound and the breakup was a bit ugly. It was laying around for quite some time, and a few days ago I had some time to make a voltage doubler circuit (based on the NE555 layout on tagboardeffects). I incorporated it with the Black Hole PCB, did the biasing of the transistors again, and now it sounds absolutely amazing. So tip from me: try to build this one to run it on 18v, that'll make you a happy person!
