Yup, my process has changed since then (you can see my shiny new UV printer that I was still figuring out in the background of one of the clips) but that's how I used to build pedals 2 years ago. Now I get pick-and-place assembled PCBs so I don't have to do assembly by hand, just add the through-hole and offboard parts. Powdercoating is more or less the same, but I've upgraded both the powder gun and the curing oven (the toaster oven worked for low quantity, but took forever for high quantity). I don't laser engrave anymore as the UV printer is more reliable and has more options.
I think about it every now and then, and every time I sit down to build I keep forgetting I'm getting ready to start a new batch of builds though, maybe I'll do another video this month.
