I would suggest being polite and courteous to tayda/Hugo.
They'll take care of it but, as others have said, it may take a few days to get a response. Counterpoint, most Thai businesses have no trouble telling you to kick rocks if necessary if you're a jerk about it. They're pumping out hundreds to thousands of units a day, in the middle of an equipment upgrade. Meanwhile, the Chinese military conducts major military exercises in their skies and waters with a constant threat of invasion. Your concern level isn't the same as theirs.
Come back and let us know it was fixed. Or take your money elsewhere, as you said. Try AmolityFun. I hear Spencer is great to work with. But nobody here needs a play by play of your butthurtness.
Stick around a few more years and you'll see this is business as usual for tayda. Ebb and flow. But they're adding equipment and that's a good thing.
