Tayda shipping times currently

Shit happens. Calm tf down.
I would suggest being polite and courteous to tayda/Hugo.
They'll take care of it but, as others have said, it may take a few days to get a response. Counterpoint, most Thai businesses have no trouble telling you to kick rocks if necessary if you're a jerk about it. They're pumping out hundreds to thousands of units a day, in the middle of an equipment upgrade. Meanwhile, the Chinese military conducts major military exercises in their skies and waters with a constant threat of invasion. Your concern level isn't the same as theirs.
Come back and let us know it was fixed. Or take your money elsewhere, as you said. Try AmolityFun. I hear Spencer is great to work with. But nobody here needs a play by play of your butthurtness.
Stick around a few more years and you'll see this is business as usual for tayda. Ebb and flow. But they're adding equipment and that's a good thing.

likewise, I aint drilling my own enclosures ever.

I mostly only drill enclosures by hand if they are a size not offered at Tayda.
Trust my, if they offered service for the 1550J , I would have gladly let them do the DEFX PLL One enclosure, same with the Petty Tears 1590X

Good day, sorry for the glitch, it should work fine now, do you like the improved look and functions? we will have many more functions there soon, the only thing we still can't improve is the production time unfortunately. That will get better by the end of this month.

Yep, I talked to Hugo and he convinced me they are the ones I'm going to get most of my cases from in the future.

had an order with 12 enclosures no drilling of different colors.. Ordered July 6th ..... Received July 20th... Pretty Average time and was exactly what I expected... it's always 3-5 weeks..

I’ve never had an error in any of my countless tayda orders. Ive always been impressed by that actually. I did get a bad powder coat once on an enclosure where it just like chipped off. He gave me a store credit for double what the enclosure cost.

To ride the bandwagon and share my most recent experience
My order from 7/26 just arrived the other day. They had told me around a four week wait at the time. 18 painted enclosures varying of different sizes colors materials. (No drilling, no design) I don't think I had a single duplicate. Averaged right at 10$ a piece after s&h&t. Never been disappointed with the products quality although ofc we all have our preferred finishes and colors.
At this point I think I've ordered around 30 enclosures from tayda overall and never had to complain about dents or paint chips or smudges. Their QC has been very diligent for me. Sure it takes longer but it's been the main reason I remain a loyal customer. Plus it arrived fast once it did ship.

Oh I hadn't seen that! It's good to know they do that.
I now edited to clarify all mine were undrilled and without design printing.
