Terrarium jacks?

I don't think it's related to my soldering itself or components since they all came from Tayda (except the Seeds obviously).

I'm not sur about the input jack tho.

Hard to tell from the picture. I always measure with a dmm. I make sure tip goes to input or output and that the sleeves go to ground. If I have the schematic, I check that there's continuity to the first component on my board for the in and out.

Woah, are those plastic covers on the back of your pots? Where can I acquire such items? I have been double layering electrical tape...

Those are from Tayda. 98% of my parts are from there. Many of their potentiometers come with "dust seal".
