THE HALL OF SHAME

Yep that’s about my limit too. Anymore than 5-6 and my likelihood of errors occurring goes up significantly.

How many boards have you got there @Stickman393 - I would guess around 60.
Just counted, my non-populated boards come out to 40

I have another 20 that are fully populated but need to be housed...

And 7 more than are boxed up but need to be wired,

One that needs troubleshooting...

The big speed bump right now is figuring out my artwork...I was getting decent results with press n peel blue & electrolysis with affinity designer, but getting proper alignment was starting to become a real issue...plus my wimpy little 30 watt 24V power supply didn't have the oomph to get it done in a reasonable amount of time.

I just picked up a little CNC engraving machine/mill...and...woof. Theres a lot to learn. Inkscape seems to be far more friendly for the artwork-to-cnc creation process, although it's HI is a little lackluster and I'm still working on getting everything to actually...like...do what it's supposed to.

Nothing like learning new technical skills to slam the brakes on creativity.

Artwork is also a struggle for me, I need to spend some real time actually learning Illustrator or Affinty, as opposed to my current blind squirrel method

Dude, how much was that tayda order?

I think it was around $575...i just looked plus $30 3 day shipping when i first started building

I got tired of paying $10 shipping for $3-10 in something i forgot to buy ..this cap value or a IC..ugh so i done my homework on a lot of builds that i wanted and well....ordered everything Tayda had...thats just one shipment from them

I just put everything in parts bins ...i have a lot left....im in wholesale so i usually order big orders...lol
