The Knob Fancier

That’s definitely a step beyond ‘chicken’!
Heron-head, maybe… 🤔
Crane-cranium?
Pelican-pointer?

Actually, those knobs are crafted from a large paleontological find, a huge stash of pterodactyl-fledglings caught in lava flow after an extensive colony on the side of a mountain were covered by a volcanic eruption. While there isn't an endless supply of that particular knob, there were enough remains discovered to keep up with any demand for such a knob in this lifetime.

Love the Water-Tap ... thought of doing that.

I've got a giant 1510-style knob rescued from a barbeque that was being junked. I'll try to get a pic of that up.

Today I discovered these on etsy:

With 3D-printing and Laser-etching and CNC Machining now available "affordably" to the masses,
there are masses of unique and cool knob-designs out there. And a lot of garbage, too.

I came across a company called Twist Tone on Instagram via World Famous Repairland. They do guitar and synth knobs but it sounds like pedal knobs are next on the agenda.

Personally I really like the gradient ones, the others get a little eccentric but still unique.
